We believe
that text is as important visually as imagery, and have produced
many stunning book jacket designs combining photography and
illustrations with creative typography.
As a publisher
or a self-publisher, you can supply us with your imagery to
work with, give us an illustration or photographic brief, or
browse our comprehensive photo library.
Typesetting
2fish has
worked on many different projects and are capable of offering
support on many different levels.
We can supply
your typesetter with sample pages to establish a style, link
the overall book design with the cover design, or we can typeset
the entire book in-house.
Printing
and binding
Past projects
have required us to liaise with book-printers and binders, extending
our capabilities to designing and producing whole books. Please
contact us for more information about how we can help with your
specific requirements.
pricing

Typesetting
and Cover Design work is worked out on an hourly rate
from £25.00 per hour depending on what is involved.
For example studio work would be at a standard rate whereas
a location shoot would incur any travel and hire costs.

Where
original illustration is commissioned, a figure is agreed
for use of the artwork on a jacket and related publicity
material. A rough guide for this would be £375.00.

Printing
and binding prices available on request for a specific
publication.

prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate of 17.5%
