CD-Rom / DVD / Floppy Disk / Printing / Video / Audio

CD-ROM

This is the most cost effective method of creating CD's for numbers of 500 or above. The process begins with glass mastering and each CD is then 'pressed', this ensures that your CD's will work across the widest range of CD drives. Normal turnaround for this process is 5-10 days. Available in:

DVD-ROM

DVD-ROM is the safest way to ensure that your DVD will play across the widest range of devices from office to home. This involves the production of a glass master and the DVD being pressed and screen-printed. Standard turnaround for DVD pressing is 7-10 days and there are three formats available and each has a different capacity:

Floppy Diskette

This is the tried and tested media used for small storage and back up. Diskettes can be copied with or without label production and can be turned around in 1-5 days, dependent on volume.

Printing

There are many options available to you when deciding on the best printing method for your media. As with duplication, consideration should be given as to what process would best suit your desired look and the quantities required.

For the perfect finish to your CD or DVD silk-screen printing should be used. The process has all the advantages of offset printing with either CMYK or pantone spot colours available. This process is most cost effective for numbers of 500 and above. Customers with generic templates can have greater numbers printed and then overprint at time of duplication. Please ask for further information on this process.

CD full colour digital print is a high quality method for smaller production runs. With the ability to produce up to 2400dpi images direct from your artwork this method gives incredible results as the duplication of the CD/DVD is being completed.

Thermal Printing is best used for simple one colour text and graphics and offers a high-speed turnaround for CD printing.

Video

If you need to distribute film or video, Video cassettes are still the accepted format with VHS players found in most homes and business. Video cassettes are cost effective too, with a 15 minute duplicated video cassette comparable in manufacturing cost to a CD, and far cheaper than a DVD.

We apply the same values found in our Diskette and CD duplication service to Video Duplication. Flexible order quantities, Fast Turnaround options and Personal service.

If you need video copying for overseas distribution our conversion service will allow you to produce videos that will work on USA (NTSC) or French (SECAM) players.

Your video will be duplicated on our 'Duplication Grade' video cassette blanks which are specified with 'Professional VHS' giving you ultra reliable copies.

Audio Cassette duplication

Cassettes are an ideal media for distributing both music and spoken word. With most homes and business having at least 1 cassette player you can be sure that your content can be accessed by your intended recipient.

Cassettes also give you the chance to present your content to people as they drive, with most cars featuring a cassette player. This is ideal when you need to get the attention of busy people and has proved successful with company reports, presentations, updates and training materials.

Audio cassettes also represent good value for new bands needing to distribute 'Demos' to music publishers. Because audio cassettes don't have the high set up costs associated with screen printing and duplicating CDs, a short run of audio cassette duplication can be produced for around a 5th of the price of screen printed CD-R's on a quantity of 50.

Professionally duplicated cassettes achieve very high levels of sound quality. You can rely on our 'Duplication Grade'™ Ferric tape, and crystal C-Zeros (the cassette shell) to guarantee excellent sound reproduction. For even higher quality you can specify 'Chrome' tape at a small extra cost.

Once duplicated your cassettes are printed with a white 'onbody' print to your specification.

In short, a well presented cassette can create impact and add value to your brand while being cost effective to produce in small numbers.
